We’ve covered the independent moon Nazi film Iron Sky quite a few times here on MovieViral. The film is in post production and they are even looking to make a video game, but what’s really cool is the comic book that’s coming out for the film. Finally the long hinted and much teased Iron Sky comic is out – or to be exact, the first issue of our three part comic series that details the history of the Moon base Schwartze Sonne from the year 1945 to the beginning of the film.

The comic series is written by Mikko Rautalahti of Alan Wake fame, and illustrated by Gerry Kissell, whose previous work includes Code Word: Geronimo, Children of the Grave, A-team: War Stories and Army of Two.
