YouTube Tuesday: Legolambs Dan Koelsch, May 1, 2012April 30, 2012 We at MovieViral know our viral videos pretty well, so we decided to share our knowledge to those looking to expand their Internet horizons. YouTube Tuesday is a weekly feature where we shine the spotlight on our favorite YouTube channels related to movies and television. We focus on channels that provide new videos on a regular basis, especially ones that we feel need more exposure. This week we are featuring the musical parodies of Jon and Al Kaplan, aka Legolambs. Jon and Al Kaplan created the Off-Broadway play Silence! The Musical in 2003, which still runs today. The brothers started making videos on YouTube in 2010, mostly creating unconventional mini-musicals out of movies, the most popular ones featuring Arnold Schwarzenegger. These videos are hilarious and clever, so its sad to see the duo having only 16,000 subscribers and 9 million total video views. Check out their most popular video, “Conan the Barbarian: The Musical”, as well as my favorite, “The Help: The Musical”, below. Learn more about the Kaplan brother on their official website.
