The mysterious IP address 50.112.251.215 comes from Reddit (via First Showing). There, you see the logo shown above with a microphone symbol underneath. Similar to Siri on the iPhone, you click on the mic to talk. Say the passphrase “God Save the Queen” to gain access to the website.
Once inside, you’ll see that the site is MI6’s British Officer Exam, which is split into 5 sections where you have to run a simulation to find the best solution. You will get emailed your results. There’s plenty of product integration for Sony (who releases the film with MGM) with their VAIO Laptop and Xperia phone. It’s not clear at the moment if this part of a larger ARG, or just a fun tie-in. Either way, it’s a pretty fun exercise, if a bit frustrating. I couldn’t get past Mission 2. Let us know what you think about the exam and how far you got.
