Viral Video: Zordon is a Racist Dan Koelsch, January 5, 2010October 26, 2010 The Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers was probably my favorite television show growing up in the mid-nineties. Sure, it doesn’t hold up as well watching it 16 years later, but they are still a lot of fun to watch. However, did you ever notice the color choices Zordon makes for the Rangers? Well, the crew at Collegehumor defniitely have. Check out their hilarious take on the long-standing controversy. See more funny videos and funny pictures at CollegeHumor. In other Power Rangers news, if you watched ABC this weekend, you may have noticed a couple of episodes of the original series (not the crappy recent ones) were airing. That by itself is worth my interest, but what I found confusing was that the episodes were listed as “new”. Then I realized the genius marketing plan of ABC and Disney (owners of the the network Power Rangers franchise). They just made a few cartoonish transitions between scenes, and promoted the re-airings as arch nemesis Rita going back in time to destroy the original Power Rangers. What a great way to introduce the original series to a new audience and make it seem fresh. Viral News Viral Videos Power RangersViral video
