Trendrr, which follows the popularity of twitter phrases, shows Avatar consistently beating other films in their overall buzz on Twitter. This reiterates Avatars enormous success in the box office, as people continue to chat about the film. Check out the comparisons after the jump.As this Trendrr comparison shows, Avatar’s buzz has constantly beaten the buzz of other newly released films. This really shows the popularity of this overly successful film and it’s lasting effect on the masses; it also makes me question the Academy’s choice for Best Picture, but at this rate maybe it’ll be nominated again next year.Avatar on will be available on DVD and Blu-ray April 22nd.
