The video has Perry, as 13-year-old “Kathy Beth Terry”, waking up from a crazy party, and the video features cameos from a wide range of celebrities, including Glee castmembers, Kenny G, Rebecca Black, Hanson, Corey Feldman, and more. Leading up the video’s premiere, Perry released viral videos of herself in character.
