“Total Recall” Launches Viral Site Caleb Hamilton, March 28, 2012July 8, 2012 Ahead of the release of its first teaser trailer this Sunday, Sony Pictures has launched a rather interesting viral site for it’s upcoming sci-fi remake, Total Recall. You’re one phone call away from “the memory of a lifetime.” Get more details after the jump. Yesterday, Sony released a teaser for the teaser trailer which will be posted Sunday. Today, a viral site was discovered for the futuristic company, REKALL, which implants memories of a vacation into your brain. It’s like the next level of virtual reality. At the site you can enter your phone number so that a REKALL representative can call you back with the details once “experience packages” become available. After you put your number in, the site displays this message: Thank you for entering your phone number. A representative will call you when your vacation package is available. Rekall, we can remember it for you. So far, this is all there is to this viral, but it looks like it’ll be an exciting campaign once it really gets going!
