Viral Video: Get Ready For Spielberg’s “Laser Cats” Dan Koelsch, April 15, 2012 Men in Black III star Josh Brolin hosted Saturday Night Live this weekend, but legendary director Steven Spielberg stole the show. Watch how after the break. One of the most popular (and my personal favorite) of the Digital Short segments is the “Laser Cat” series. Bill Hader and Andy Samberg continuously try to convince Executive Producer Lorne Michaels to put a terribly-made and cliche futuristic sci-fi segment onto SNL where cats shoot lasers from their eyes. These cats are used as weapons, and Hader and Samberg star as cop partners. In last night’s show, the two got Spielberg to help them make their latest edition to the Laster Cats saga, and of course there are blatant references to Spielberg’s iconic films throughout. Take a look below.Check out the rest of last night’s skits at NBC.com Viral Marketing Viral Videos Laser CatsNBCSaturday Night LiveSNLSteven Spielberg
