You Can Be In a “Pitch Perfect” Music Video

Dan Koelsch, August 12, 2012August 12, 2012

Pitch Perfect is an upcoming comedy musical from Universal. The film stars Anna Kendrick as a newcomer to an all-girls a capella group. You have a chance to be part of the group thanks to a contest involving YouTube star Mike Tompkins. Get the details after the break.

The contest, at PitchPerfectMusicVideo.com, has you doing one of the nine a cappella parts to Nicki Minaj’s “Starships”. The best entries will be included in the official music video for the film. Mike Tompkins has made a name for himself making videos where he does all the a cappella parts himself. Watch his site introduction below.

As Mike mentions, there are more videos on the site where you can see how each part is done. The contest ends on August 22nd, so be sure to get your entries in soon. Pitch Perfect opens on October 5th.
