Buffer Festival will be held at TIFF Bell Lightbox, Scotiabank Theatre, Glenn Gould Studio, and the Jane Mallett Theatre from Friday, November 8 – Sunday, November 10, 2013. “I am very excited to combine the YouTube experience with a theatrical setting. There is so much incredible content being made specifically for YouTube, and as a full-time YouTuber I am delighted to showcase some of that talent,” Corey Vidal, Executive Producer and Founder of Buffer Festival and President of ApprenticeA Productions, said. The festival will include 50 feature-length shows over 3 days, with two different types of show: themed screenings that highlight YouTube content across broad genres, and screenings presented by celebrity YouTubers, showcasing bodies of work from fellow full-time YouTube creators, who are also set to premiere new content. Festival-goers will experience a wide variety of high-quality video content and will meet the world’s biggest Canadian and international YouTube stars.
