Hit the jump to see them all.Interstellar I’ve always said there is a certain brilliance in simplicity, and the first trailer for Christopher Nolan‘s Interstellar, that couldn’t be more true. The film, based on real life research, finds a group of explorers making use of a newly discovered wormhole to surpass the limitations on human space travel and conquer the vast distances involved in an interstellar voyage. Though the film has a more than excellent collection of star power Anne Hathaway, Jessica Chastain, Casey Affleck, Michael Caine, and more, the trailer only has Matthew McConaughey doing the voiceover telling audiences why the need for exploration above us is so great. Interstellar opens in theaters November 2014. Edge Of Tomorrow Tom Cruise is a soldier with absolutely no formal training, thrown into a war which can be best described as a suicide mission. But every time he dies, he is given the opportunity to fight again. That’s because he has the ability to relive the next day again, and again, and again. Emily Blunt plays has he more experienced officer who also shares this power, and together they must fight a highly advanced race of aliens called Mimics. White Bird In A Blizzard Shaliene Woodley stars in yet another Sundance Film Festival entry that has the potential to be a indie hit. In White Bird In A Blizzard, Woodley plays a young teenager who must cope with the sudden disappearance of her mother (played by Eva Green). Christopher Meloni, Shiloh Fernandez, Gabourey Sidibe, Thomas Jane and Angela Bassett also star in the film which will premiere at the 2014 Sundance Film Festival in January, but has no official release date. Rio 2 Carlos Saldanha returns to direct Rio 2 finds finds Jewel (Anne Hathaway), Blu (Jesse Eisenberg) and their three kids leaving their domesticated life in that magical city for a journey to the Amazon. There they encounter a menagerie of characters who are born to be wild with voices provided by Andy Garcia, Rita Moreno, Bruno Mars and Kristin Chenoweth. In addition, will.i.am, Tracy Morgan, George Lopez, Leslie Mann, Rodrigo Santoro, Bebel Gilberto, Jake T. Austin and Jamie Foxx are all reprising their roles from the first film. Rio hits theaters April 11. A Fantastic Fear Of Everything Simon Pegg plays a writer of children’s books, whose past isn’t pretty. As a result he has a fear; a fear of everything. In A Fantastic Fear Of Everything, Pegg’s character is giving a chance to bring his books to the mainstream world, unfortunately it will also force him to confront those same fears. Universal will release A Fantastic Fear Of Everything in digital and demand on January 7, and in theaters on February 7. Which was your favorite? Do you agree with the Internet buzz?
