The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part I is nearing its release date, and we’ve seen two trailers in the past few months. The film had a small presence at Comic-Con this year, choosing to forgo grand Hall H spectacle and trade it in for something smaller and more humble. Since then it’s been a mopey marketing campaign to reflect the dark tones of the final two films of the trilogy. Now we are getting one final trailer before the film makes its debut, and if you are a fan of the books, well, then there will probably be some tears in your eyes.

President Snow has declared war on the hostiles of Panem, and is using those close to Katniss to bring the rebellion down. Will she be swayed and turn her back on those who need her most? Hit the jump to see the final trailer of The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part I.

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part I opens in theaters on November 21.

The worldwide phenomenon of The Hunger Games continues to set the world on fire with The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1, which finds Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) in District 13 after she literally shatters the games forever. Under the leadership of President Coin (Julianne Moore) and the advice of her trusted friends, Katniss spreads her wings as she fights to save Peeta (Josh Hutcherson) and a nation moved by her courage.

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 is directed by Francis Lawrence from a screenplay by Danny Strong and Peter Craig and produced by Nina Jacobson’s Color Force in tandem with producer Jon Kilik. The novel on which the film is based is the third in a trilogy written by Suzanne Collins that has over 65 million copies in print in the U.S. alone.
