Marvel vs. DC 100th Episode Musical Kris, May 26, 2010 Apple’s “I’m a Mac….and I’m a PC” commercials have created many spoofs and copies, but none have been taken as far as YouTube user ItsJustSomeRandomGuy‘s “Hi, I’m a Marvel….and I’m a DC” series. The channel, which features ads, spin-offs, reviews, parodies, and more, has finally reached 100 videos. There’s no better way to celebrate 100 episodes than a musical, so turn up your speakers after the jump. If you have no idea what these Marvel/DC videos are, here’s a quick summary: On a very basic animation level, backed up by great writing, is a world were all heroes from DC and Marvel interact to discuss and argue about their movies. Here’s the first spoof that was uploaded back in 2007, featuring Spider-Man and Superman discussing upcoming movies. The channel has expanded to include several ads for C2E2, and is on its 3rd season in the Marvel/DC Hour series. Now he takes on the continuity and connections between the Marvel films, notably Thor’s Hammer cameo in Iron Man 2, and how Chris Evans plays Captain America and the Human Torch, in a musical that is almost an exact copy of “The Freakin FCC” from Family Guy but with appropriate lyrics. Like I said before, it’s a great way to celebrate 100 episodes. And yes, Howard the Duck is as bad as the video implies.
