Star Wars Deleted Scene Revealed At Blu-Ray Announcement Dan Koelsch, August 16, 2010August 16, 2010 At Star Wars Celebration V this weekend, George Lucas himself revealed that the entire six film series of Star Wars would be coming to Blu-Ray in Fall 2011. The most buzzworthy thing to come out of the announcement was the screening of a never before seen deleted scene from Return of the Jedi. In it, we see Luke Skywalker assemble his green light saber and begin to hide in R2-D2 (which we see later comes quite in handy). Watch the video, which also has a quick snippet of Darth Vader, after the break. Source: TheForce.Net Update: The video was removed, and we are looking for another version.
