Avatar: The French are Lucky Dan Koelsch, November 18, 2009 Oh to live in France. Today we have a new poster for Avatar‘s French release, which you’ll notice is on December 16th, two days for we get to see it in the states. Personally, I’m not a big fan of the recent trend of big sci-fi action films opening earlier in foreign markets, but what are you going to do about it? I’m not even sure how they decide what countries get to show it earlier, since random nations like Egypt and Belguim also get to see it on the 16th. In any case, check out the new poster below.
