Community Premieres New Webisode Series Alex Gerage, November 5, 2010 Hot on the heels of The Office’s newest webisode series, “The 3rd Floor,” NBC has launched a new online episode series for one of their other Thursday night comedies, Community. Titled “Office Hours,” the web series focuses on Dean Pelton and the cast of characters he deals with on a daily basis as head of Greendale Community College. Hit the jump to view the first three episodes. We have embedded the three webisodes below, but if you would like more Community, from wallpapers to full episodes, head on over to their website: No word yet on whether these are the only episodes in “Office Hours,” but surely there are enough colorful characters and side stories at Greendale to make this an extended and enjoyable series. When it’s right, Community is the funniest show on television. When it’s not (which has been on more than one occasion this year), the show just comes across as bizarre. This batch of webisodes reflect that inconsistency, but I have hope that the series can grow into the same quality as the different web series’ for The Office. We will be sure to cover additional episodes as they emerge. What do you think about this season of Community? Did you like the webisodes? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below.
