Viral Video Round Up: Star Trek, Late Bloomer, Watchmen, Community, and More!

Dan Koelsch, May 14, 2011

The Internet is full of videos related to movies, whether they be fan made, studio made, or somewhere inbetween. We regularly bring you the best, most interesting, or just plain weirdest, and today we do it again. Check out the latest viral videos after the break.

Fan films aren’t just a thing of the Internet age. Check out this 1971 student fan film for Star Trek, which has been making the rounds on the Internet. [via Boing Boing]

Daniel Krone has created a mini documentary that covers the phenomenon of cult films [via /Film]

The video itself is a few months old, but GeekTyrant recently posted a montage of every cry from Donald Glover on the NBC sitcom Community.

Not as funny as I hoped it’d be, but College Humor made a parody trailer that shows all new movies are sequels.

That’s it for this edition of Viral Video Round Up. Leave us a comment with your suggestions for next time!
