YouTube Tuesday: Beat Down Boogie Dan Koelsch, January 8, 2013January 8, 2013 We at MovieViral know our viral videos pretty well, so we decided to share our knowledge to those looking to expand their Internet horizons. YouTube Tuesday is a weekly feature where we shine the spotlight on our favorite YouTube channels related to movies and television. We focus on channels that provide new videos on a regular basis, especially ones that we feel need more exposure. This week we bring you the high quality parodies of Beat Down Boogie. The guys at Beat Down Boogie make short film parodies, the most popular of which involve video games like Modern Warfare and, recently, Super Mario Brothers. The channel has already gotten popular thanks to these mini-series, getting over 150,000 subscribers and just about 26 million views. Their newest action series, Mario Warfare, has two episode so far, and the film troop has started a Kickstarter campaign to get funding to do more. Though they already surpassed their $20,000 goal, I\’m sure the more that\’s donated, the better the videos will be. You can learn more about the group at their official website, and watch the first episode of Mario Warfare below. Have an idea for YouTube Tuesday? Let us know in the comments below!
