Robert Downey Jr. Jeremy Renner, Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans, Cobie Smulders, Samuel L. Jackson, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Elizabeth Olsen, Paul Bettany, and James Spader all came to Comic-Con to promote Avengers: Age of Ultron. In addition to presenting some exciting footage, the cast talked about what it’s been like shooting the film, plus their own Comic-Con experiences!

Hit the jump for our detailed description of the trailer.

Our amazing clip opens with our heroes Iron Man, War Machine, Agent Maria Hill, Hawkeye, Hulk, Thor, and Captain America all celebrating a hard says work of heroism at he Avengers tower. The party is basically a pissing match between the male heroes who attempt to wield Mjolnir. Tony Stark has no luck has a human or armed with some tech. Not even some assistance from Rhodey. Hawkeye can’t do it. Neither can the Hulk. Although Steve Rogers comes very close, to Thor’s surprise. And Black Widow doesn’t even want to get in that pissing match.

But a damaged Ultron walks in and tells them how much of a disappointment they are as heroes, and that “There is only one path to peace. Your extinction.” Then he reveals his army. We then change the scenery to South Africa, where the montage then opens with the Pinocchio song “No Strings On Me,” Hulk is about to unleash his rampage, with Iron Man suited up in his new Hulkbuster armor.

We don’t get to see why the people are panicking, but it could be because of Hulk or Ultron himself. There is also a glimpse of Hawkeye leading citizens to their safety.

We also get to see Quicksilver use his speedy powers. But Scarlett Witch in action using her physic powers really got the crowd riled up. On an interesting note we do get to see Bruce Banner suffering for a moments. The montage then switches to Stark falling to his knees, with the camera panne sing to a Captain America’s broken shield, then another pan to reveal the Avengers knocked out lying in some wasteland

The montage then closes with Ultron in his iconic throne, and saying “There are no strings on me.”

But it didn’t end there. Robert Downey Jr. then welcomed Josh Brolin who was wielding the Infinity Gauntlet, and raising it to the crowd!

Avengers: Age of Ultron opens May 1, 2015.
