Spielberg’s “Falling Skies” Viral Campaign? – 2ndMass.com Nick Butler, July 12, 2010July 12, 2010 2nd Mass, a new viral campaign, has launched after ComingSoon.net received a package containing a flip camera and an attached note that read “PLAYME.” The video points us to a new viral website 2ndMass.com. See the video and other clues after the jump.In addition to the above video, the package also contained a “charred note” that reads: “You have been chosen to join the 2ndMass PRESS PLAY 2ndmass.com”That website contains 3 hyper-links, one over the G in “fiGht” which displays a clock, one over the V in “surVival” which shows the end of the video above, and one over the piece of paper off and to the right which links to this wikipedia article on QR codes. You may have noticed the QR code in the video but that just links back to 2ndMass.com.ComingSoon points out that the address on the package links back to Turner Entertainment and this is probably relating to Steven Spielberg’s new series “Falling Skies,” which you can read about here.
