Are You Walking…. And Dead? Scott Caldwell, October 13, 2010January 25, 2011 One of the most exciting times of the year for me, is Halloween. Not only do I get candy (not from trick-or-treating, but from buying it in bulk), but I have a great reason to watch all types of horror flicks, at any time of the day. And one of the greatest places for horror film info has always been AMC. And this year, is no exception. The Walking Dead, based on the Robert Kirkman comic series, is debuting on AMC, on Halloween night! Not only am I excited to see this series, but now, thanks to AMC, I know what to watch for so I don’t get eaten like a tasty pack of Sweet-Tarts! Keep reading to find out more. Ever since Comic-Con, this series has done no wrong. Technically, even before San Diego, the comic has been critically acclaimed, hence its reason to become a television series. And now, although it be a minor viral attempt, it’s still something to get you a tad more excited prior to its premier in less than three weeks away.Do you know what to look for when it comes to the “walkers”? Well, thanks to a heads up from The Walking Dead Podcast, AMC has our backs. Head over the AMC site, and type in “Safe Zone” under the search, and behold:I doubt we’ll see much more in regards to viral other than its already wide use of word of mouth, but if something else shows up. we’ll have it here.Excited for The Walking Dead?
