Featured App: Training Grounds from “Contraband”

Dan Koelsch, January 15, 2012

The new action flick Contraband hijacked the box office this weekend, and if you saw it and wanted to get more into the action, you’re in luck. Universal Pictures created a Facebook App to do just that. More after the jump.

The app is called Training Grounds, and it is similar to a lot of Facebook games that don’t make/let you do much. You join a team of smugglers (along with up to three Facebook friends) and make a few decisions, which the game uses to decide an outcome that plays out on video. The goal is to make as much money as you can without getting caught. Try the game for yourself and let us know what you think in the comments below.

Contraband is in theaters now. Follow the film on Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
