Trailers Weekly: “Branded,” “Drew: The Man Behind The Poster,” “The Campaign,” “The Master,” and “Sound City” Michael Lee, July 21, 2012December 27, 2012 Trailers Weekly is a feature in which we bring you the most popular and talked about trailers of the week. Sharing trailers is a classic viral practice, and trailers are still the most mainstream way for people to learn about movies. This week provided us with so many trailers, so of course we will include our favorite ones this week, which includes Branded, Drew: The Man Behind The Poster, The Campaign, The Master, and Sound City. Hit the jump for more.Branded We’ve been covering a bit of Branded for a while and now we got our first look at the trailer. The strange Russian film follows the dangers of branding and marketing. Oh you also may notice some QR codes floating around. Check it out. Drew: The Man Behind The Poster I love posters. But in an age of photoshop, most of these posters are losing their originality. But one poster that stands above the rest are posters drawn by Drew Struzan. The film documents the man behind the poster and has interviews with Guillermo del Toro, Steven Spielberg, Harrison Ford, and so many more. The Campaign Hilarious attack ads, putting fireflies up your butt, ritualistic snake bites, and punching babies, hopefully that is just the tip of the iceberg for The Campaign. The Master FOr those who have been anxiously waiting for a full-length trailer for The Master, you don’t need to wait any longer. This film is among my top ten highly anticipated films of 2012. If you want to know why, check it out below. Sound Click Here’s a new trailer for another documentary for directed by Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl. The documentary centers on the recording studio where many iconic names have recorded albums. What did you think of this week’s trailers? Which was your favorite? Do you agree with the Internet buzz?
