“Transformers: Age Of Extinction” Super Bowl Spot Shows Autobots Riding Dinobots Michael Lee, February 2, 2014February 3, 2014 Regardless of the reasons why you watch the Super Bowl, you are bound to bump into a few movie trailers during time outs or stoppage of play. But it wouldn’t really be a Super Bowl movie trailer without something as explosive as Transformers: Age Of Extinction. Paramount Pictures debuted the first footage from the film which confirms the rumors that there will be Dinobots in this film. Hit the jump to see which Dinobots made the cut and to see which Autobot rides Grimlock like a wild bronco. We don’t know much about the plot itself, but like Michael Bay’s previous films, the plot itself is usually right in the title. Ga Doy. But we do get to see a couple of the Dinobots, most notably Grimlock. What should be interesting is to see if it can actually transform or not. But seeing Optimus Prime ride Grimlock like he was some sort of bronco at a rodeo is fun. Another interesting bit about this trailer is that we see a Decepticon, presumably Megatron ride a two-headed dragon. Thanks to reader Andrew Grosner for informing us about the beast being a dragon and not the Dinobot, Swoop. Take a look at the trailer below.Bay’s latest film stars Mark Wahlberg, Jack Reynor, Nicola Peltz, Stanley Tucci, Kelsey Grammer, Sophia Myles, Li Bingbing, T.J. Miller, Han Geng and Titus Welliver. Paramount Pictures will release Transformers: Age Of Extinction in theaters and IMAX on June 27. News Michael BayParamount PicturesSuper BowlSuper Bowl XLVIIITransformers: Age of Extinction
