Tron Tuesday: “TRON: Legacy” Pay-Off Trailer Michael Lee, November 9, 2010 It’s Tuesday, which means Disney has released another promotion for their upcoming film TRON: Legacy. In the last couple of weeks we got to see new posters and hear new tracks from the soundtrack. Disney has decided to up the ante with a new trailer, which shows some brand new clips towards the end. You can watch the new “Pay-Off” trailer after the jump. The trailer focuses on the family history of Kevin Flynn and how his best intentions for the world of Tron have resulted in some disastrous consequences. Not only does it show off some new clips, you get to see some new vehicles that exist in the Grid. Collider.com has gone ahead and grabbed 18 high res images from the trailer, like the one below. Here is the official plot synopsis for the film, TRON is a 3D high—tech adventure set in a digital world that’s unlike anything ever captured on the big screen. Sam Flynn (GARRETT HEDLUND), the tech—savvy 27—year—old son of Kevin Flynn (JEFF BRIDGES), looks into his father’s disappearance and finds himself pulled into the same world of fierce programs and gladiatorial games where his father has been living for 25 years. Along with Kevin’s loyal confidant (OLIVIA WILDE), father and son embark on a life—and—death journey across a visually—stunning cyber universe that has become far more advanced and exceedingly dangerous.
