Marvel Movie Video Bits: Avengers, Thor, and X-Men Dan Koelsch, August 31, 2011August 31, 2011 Today the Internet Gods have blessed us with a few videos from various Marvel sources. I’m not going to spoil anything above the fold, so check them all out after the break. First up we have the full version of “The Consultant”, a short film starring Clark Gregg again as S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent Coulson, which is featured on the Thor DVD/Blu-ray that is out next month. The video is an interesting conversation Coulson and another agent have about sending a consultant (can you guess who?) to see General Ross about getting the Hulk to join the Avengers. It’s yet another great Marvel Cinematic Universe tie-in. Watch for yourself below. The Thor DVD/Blu-Ray also has a featurette called “Road to The Avengers” that has The Avengers director talking about making the movie. There’s no footage from the film, but it’s still worth a look. Thanks to our friend Anton Volkov for both of these videos. Finally, we have an extended scene from X-Men: First Class. Debuted via SlashFilm, the scene will be one of the extra features on the film’s DVD/Blu-Ray when it is released in September. Let us know what you think of the videos in the comments below!
