Reporter Killed On Camera For “The Darkest Hour”

Summit Entertainment’s alien invasion film The Darkest Hour opens on Christmas Day. To get you in the holiday spirit, the studio has released a viral video that shows a Russian reporter getting killed by the aliens as their invasion begins. Check out the video after the break.

While the date of the events in the video are not given, the video was released on December 19th the reporter references “December 22, 2011” (the date of the film’s release in Russia) as being in the future. I find it interesting that we are seeing events in the movie take place before it comes out. Let us know what you think in the comments below.
