“The Avengers” Character Banner Makes Great Facebook Cover Image Dan Koelsch, March 14, 2012 Briefly: Just yesterday, Marvel released several character posters for this summer’s superhero blockbuster The Avengers, and now they have released a character banner that fits pretty well as a Facebook cover image. Click on the banner above to see it in full size. Facebook’s new feature is a big canvas that has great potential for viral advertising, so hopefully more films decide to create banners specifically for it. The Avengers opens in theaters on May 4th.
