New “Walking Dead” Web Series Debuts October 1st Dan Koelsch, September 23, 2012September 23, 2012 Last year, AMC released a short web series before the Season 2 premiere of The Walking Dead, giving us a glimpse into this world from another angle. Leading up to Season 3 of the zombie series, AMC is back at it again. Get the details after the break. The web series is titled “Cold Storage”, and four five-minute webisodes will be released on October 1st. Below is the official description and a promotional photo via USA Today.Cold Storage tells the story of a young man, Chase (played by Josh Stewart), trying to reach his sister in the early days of the zombie apocalypse. He finds temporary shelter in a storage facility run by a former employee named B.J. ([Daniel] Roebuck); however, things are not what they appear.Season 3 of The Walking Dead premieres Oct. 14 at 9PM ET on AMC, and will stream online at AMCTV.com.
