“Mama” Psychologist Blogs About Feral Children on Tumblr Dan Koelsch, December 6, 2012 In the upcoming horror film Mama, Daniel Kash plays youth psychologist Dr. Gerald Dreyfuss, who introduces couple Annabel (Jessica Chastain) and Lucas (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) to Lucas’ nieces. The two young feral children have a hard to time acclimating themselves to civilization, but that doesn’t seem to be the only problem facing this new family. You can learn more about Dr. Dreyfuss and his studies on a Tumblr site made for the film. Get the details after the break. The Tumblr’s title is Reaching Lost Children, and on the site, Dr. Dreyfuss mostly just talks about feral children. He gives examples of real cases and discusses what happens to children when they grow up wild. So far, none of the content is exclusive to the film, but it gives us a good look into what to expect the two girls featured in the film to be like. We’ll keep an eye out to see if the blog becomes more focused on the film’s plot, but I wouldn’t hold my breath. Mama opens in theaters on January 18th, 2013. Social Networks Viral Marketing MamaTumblr
