Family Guy: The Quest For Stuff Needs You To Save Quahog Sabina, April 3, 2014April 3, 2014 Movie Viral was able to attend a celebration at the Drunken Clam in honor of Family Guy’s newest game app The Quest for Stuff. On hand were cast members such as (Mayor) Adam West and Alex Borestein (Lois Griffin). West kicked off the event with a small introduction that this correspondent was able to capture via Instagram. Hit the jump to see the video, and all the specs of the game. FAMILY GUY: The Quest For Stuff Mobile Game launches on Thursday, April 10, 2014 on the Apple App store and Google Play store. We got to test out the game at a bar in Los Angeles themed after the Drunken Clam with themed drinks and deco from the show.We also got to try out the game demo which features all new original content written and voiced by Family Guy cast and creative crew. It plays off the events in Pop Culture and is pretty up to date with the show. The game’s concept follows the aftermath in Quahog after of one of Peter and Ernie the giant chickens infamous fights.You as the player gets to guide the cast of characters to rebuild the city from the brink of destruction. The game promises to allow you to do a number of things in addition to stopping alien invasions and religious cults from destroying Quahog.From the release: ● Help Peter realize his lifelong dream of becoming a pirate ● Quagmire searches for the fabled Gold Digger Island ● Travel through the multiverse with Stewie and Brian ● Get revenge on the Giant Chicken ● Survive Quahog’s Running of the Bulls thanks to Mayor WestAs you play on your mobile device, you’ll unlock various things such as character outfits and interact with all your favorite characters without having to wait for the newest episode. The game is developed by TinyCo, a San Francisco based game developer. They’re known for games such as Tiny Castle and VIP Poker (which John McCain was caught playing during a Senate hearing last year).
