New Tron Legacy Picture And Posters Iain Welford, February 4, 2010February 4, 2010 Everybody’s 2nd favourite movie site (after us), IMDB has unveiled a new picture and 2 new posters for the Disney blockbuster sequel Tron Legacy. Due for release on December 17th, not much is known about the sequel other than Kevin Flynn’s son is looking for his “lost” father, played by Jeff Bridges (reprising his role from the original). With a 28 year gap between the two, I’m sure they will be able to string something together. The picture revealed this week shows an older Flynn with a Tron-style disk attached to his back. This is the first time we have seen Jeff Bridges in character, and he’s looking pretty scruffy. Then again, he has been trapped there for 25 years. The 2 banner posters, while a few weeks old, are quite frankly AWESOME. Any picture with the gorgeous light-cycles is appreciated, but these posters are really great and appear to split into 2 factions, Blue and Gold. In the original blue represented the good guys, Red the bad so does this mean Gold is the new Red, or is there a 3rd party involved? As a HUGE fan of the original I can’t wait to see this film and the more I get drip-fed the more I get excited but what do you think? Have you seen the original? Are you looking forward to this long-awaited sequel and will you be a part of Team Blue or Team Gold? Choose you allegiance and post your comments below. News Jeff BridgesTron Legacy

Is District 9 Actually a Sequel? January 8, 2010November 16, 2010Well no, of course not. However, rather than direct the sequel we were all expecting, it seems Neill Blomkamp has an altogether different idea. This week the LA Times has been running a series of installments from an interview they held with Blomkamp about his first movie, District 9, his… Read More
oddly in the original Tron the bad guys were red and the good guys blue, but the bad guys had blue light cycles and the good guys had red, orange, and yellow.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-3ODe9mqoDE
