YouTube Tuesday: Patrick Lo Dan Koelsch, November 20, 2012November 20, 2012 We at MovieViral know our viral videos pretty well, so we decided to share our knowledge to those looking to expand their Internet horizons. YouTube Tuesday is a weekly feature where we shine the spotlight on our favorite YouTube channels related to movies and television. We focus on channels that provide new videos on a regular basis, especially ones that we feel need more exposure. This week we bring you another uniquely musical YouTuber, Patrick Lo. As his website says, “Patrick is a new media designer and an independent filmmaker. His work has been featured on G4TV, Toronto Star, National Post, The A.V. Club, Cracked.com, and more.” He only has 930 subscribers and 2.7 million video views, and 2.4 million of those views are for one video, a deliberately terrible Melodica cover of the theme from Jurassic Park. It’s quite funny when overlaid on the scene, as you can see below.Lo has other Melodica covers on his site, but my favorite videos are his three “Get Laid with Gosling” videos. Be sure to check out all 11 of his videos and subscribe, as I’m sure he is just getting started.Have an idea for YouTube Tuesday? Let us know in the comments below!
