Ryan Kwanten Stars in “Truth In Journalism” As Classic Marvel Universe Journalist Caleb Hamilton, July 31, 2013July 31, 2013 Last year, Joe Lynch directed a short film entitled Dirty Laundry, starring Thomas Jane as The Punisher. This year, Lynch premiered a new short film at Comic-Con called Truth In Journalism which stars True Blood’s Ryan Kwanten as a very popular character from the pages of another Marvel Comics series. Without saying too much, Spider-Man fans will definitely lose their minds. Check it out after the jump!Produced by Adi Shankar (who is behind such films as The Grey and Dredd), Truth In Journalism is the second film in Shankar’s “Bootleg Universe” which is, so far, re-imagining Marvel characters without hitting a bunch of legal red tape.
