“Star Wars: Episode VII” Director J.J. Abrams Urges You To Stop Making Ridiculous Claims About The Millennium Falcon Michael Lee, June 4, 2014 If you are as tired of Star Wars: Episode VII leaked photos as anyone else, then you are not alone. J.J. Abrams is tired of it as well, and in response to these leaked photos, the director has leaked a photo of his own from the set of the film. Of course, since this is a photo from the director himself, you aren’t going to get something as nearly exciting as the leaks you have been seeing, but the photo is funny, sarcastic, and addresses serious issues about leaked set photos. Hit the jump to see what he said.pic.twitter.com/wQYfaVtwFU— Bad Robot (@bad_robot) June 4, 2014If you are having a hard time to read it, here is what the note says: “I wish people would stop leaking photos from Episode VII and making ridiculous claims that the Millennium Falcon is in the movie.”While the note being placed on a holo-chess board from inside the Falcon, pretty much confirms that the legendary star ship will be in the movie, it does bring up an important issue about leaked photos. Abrams and Co. are definitely not pleased with photographers and paparazzi who leak these photos to the public. I’m sure there are fans out there who share the same sentiment, and would much rather be surprised about the news instead of told via gossip website. One thing is for sure, Abrams seems pretty playful about the situation, and isn’t afraid to respond to these leaks. In fact the photo shows that we will see a lot more from Abrams than we are accustomed to, considering he loves the mystery box.Star Wars: Episode VII stars John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, Max von Sydow, Lupita Nyong’o, and Gwendoline Christie, with Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew, and Kenny Baker. The film opens in theaters on December 18, 2015.Source: Twitter News Social Networks DisneyJ.J. AbramsLucasfilmStar Wars: Episode VIITwitter
