The Crazies Viral Gets New Twitter Scott Caldwell, January 6, 2010November 16, 2010 A little over a month ago, we told you about a few new updates and sites to the viral campaign of The Crazies. One of those updates being from a company known as Dakon/Pendrill Chemicals. Well, and interesting twist has occurred in the viral world. Not only do they now have a Twitter page, but it’s not your typical “don’t listen to SaveOgdenMarsh” type layout. It’s the page of an employee, Jessica B. Martin. According to the Save Ogden Marsh twitter page, they have actually met. And instead of posting negative talk on the page, Kimberly says it “Great meeting you last night”. So originally I figured that the blogspot was going to be the one to crack that code on the DPChem site. Maybe it’s their newest employee, Jessica that will do the deed. What’s funny about this account is, if you tried to send a contact mail to DPChem when the site was launched, it was rejected. So, Jessica has all of the answers: So, what do YOU think about this new account? Will Jessica crack the code? Will Kimberly get a job at Dakon/Pendrill? Or will they both get infected and kill each other? Stay tuned! ARGs & Campaigns Viral Marketing DP ChemicalsThe CraziesTwitter

I believe these are more Viral Twitter Accounts for The Crazies: @OgdenMarshRadio @FarmerTan10 @MossyMandy @abbeycats @terbear900 @rickrolled91 @animallover83To find them I just put in Ogden Marsh in the search engine of Twitter and looked up who the results followed. Also, for those who love both gaming and The Crazies there is the twitter account: @TheCraziesTD and then of course the official movie account- @TheCraziesFilm
Oh- also I made a list on Twitter of those who to follow related to The Crazies movie: http://twitter.com/TheCraziesTD/the-crazies
dan, if you follow rivers link to “TheCraziesTD” those names are all listed there to signify they are with the movie, not sure if that statisfys any sort of verification though.
I do not know if they are real/official movie accounts– I’m unsure how to verify if they are or not.I think @TheCraziesFilm is the official movie account and is under Breck Eisner, and @TheCraziesTD is the official account for the upcoming game based on The Crazies movie. I am not sure of the others, though I believe that they are not the characters that are in the script.
