2010 MTV Movie Awards: Scarlett and Sandra’s Kiss And Tom Cruise Are Best Parts, Our Viral Favorites Lose, New Harry Potter Trailer and Eclipse Clip Dan Koelsch, June 7, 2010 The MTV Movie Awards aren’t exactly respected for being, well, real. They have outlandish categories like “Best Kiss”, and the winners are just whatever 12-14 year old girls are currently obsessed with. This year’s event, held last night, was more of the same, as the latest Twilight edition, New Moon swept when possible. Get more details from the event after the break. The show was a bust for us at MovieViral as none of our viral favorites won. However, we did get a few good videos out of it. First, Tom Cruise showed up as promised as Les Grossman, his character from Tropic Thunder. See the video below where he dances with Jennifer Lopez. For the guys out there, the best moment of the night might have been when Sandra Bullock, in her triumphant return to the spotlight, full on kisses the beautiful Scarlett Johansson. Watch the 2010 MTV Movie Awards at MTV.com! The awards show also debuted a new trailer for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (due out November 19th), as well as a clip from The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, which premieres on June 30th. It seems like my preferred acting professional Tom Cruise is up to it again. He’s a new motion picture coming out with Cameron Diaz and it looks like it’s going to be a good 1, I just really appreciate Tom Cruise movies, I believe he’s definitely beneficial at these kinds of action films. This latest fillm is an action-comedy centered on a fugitive couple on a glamorous and at times perilous adventure where nothing and no one – even themselves – are what they may seem. In the midst of shifting alliances and dangerous betrayals, they race across the world, with their survival ultimately hinging on the battle of truth against trust- I can’t wait for this to come out.
